You're a seasoned water treatment professional who's ready to lead a team and own the performance of an entire facility. You bring hands-on technical knowledge of treatment processes, pumping systems, and water quality standards, paired with the supervisory instincts to coach staff, set goals, and keep operations running smoothly day to day. You take ownership of compliance and safety, and you find real satisfaction in mentoring your team and keeping critical water infrastructure running reliably.
At Team Gilbert, we hire innovative, forward-thinking problem-solvers who love what they do! In addition to possessing the ability to live out our core and functional values daily, candidates must possess the following requirements:

- Grade IV Water Treatment and Grade II Distribution Certifications from ADEQ at time of hire (equivalent certification through reciprocity accepted at application, with Arizona certification of reciprocity obtained within 3 months of hire)
- Arizona Class D Driver's License
