About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and engaging Application Instructor to join our global training organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs for field engineers, application engineers, and customers worldwide.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical aptitude, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to transform complex technical concepts into effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver instructor-led training programs (classroom, virtual, and hands-on).
  • Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, lab exercises, and learning content.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Business Units to support New Product Introductions (NPI).
  • Translate technical documentation into clear and effective learning solutions.
  • Assess trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Support global training activities and knowledge transfer initiatives.
  • Continuously improve training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Occasionally travel internationally to deliver training and support global projects.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience delivering technical training, instruction, mentoring, or customer-facing technical support.
  • Ability to learn complex technical systems quickly.
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in semiconductor equipment, applications, manufacturing, or field service environments.
  • Experience developing training content and learning materials.
  • Familiarity with adult learning methodologies and instructional design.
  • Experience working in a global, multicultural environment.
