Senior Specialist, Site EHS

The Role: 

• This position is responsible for implementing and continuously improving the EHS program to ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations and Entegris' EHS requirements. In addition, this position will work with Entegris' EHS department as a member of the site management team to identify, prevent and resolve potential EHS issues.  

• This position is located in Kaohsiung Science Park (KSP)

In this role you will: 

• Equipment Safety Management: Risk assessment, certification, auditing, and management of automated equipment and equipment with fire and explosion risks (e.g., equipment containing carbon dioxide equivalents, heating equipment, etc.). 

• Process Safety Management (PSM): Includes local Taiwan (hazardous workplace assessment) and Entegris Global's process safety management projects (PSSR/MI/LOTOTO). 

• Fire Safety and Damage Prevention Projects: Includes public hazardous materials management, responding to fire departments, responding to property insurance companies, conducting safety compliance assessments for newly built or expanded utilities or production equipment (including explosion-proof hazard area designation, etc.), and EHS change management. 

• Assist in implementing factory safety management to ensure compliance. 

• Assist in conducting statutory safety and health training. 

• Assist in enhancing organizational safety culture, safety awareness, and responsibility. 

• Assist in conducting safety audits, including safety and health inspections, contractor construction audits, Equipment Safety Inspections (PSSR), and workplace safety observations. 

• Assist in investigating accidents/incidents and developing corrective and preventative actions. 

• This position is responsible for the Kaohsiung Luzhu factory and reports directly to the KSP EHS manager. 

• 設備安全管理，執行自動化設備、火災爆炸風險設備(例如裝設EQ CO2的設備、加熱設備等)的風險評估、認證、查核與管理。 

• 製程安全管理(PSM)，包含台灣當地(危險性工作場所評估)的以及Entegris Global的製程安全管理專案(PSSR/MI/LOTOTO)。 

• 消防、損害防阻專案，包含公共危險物品管理、消防主管機關對應、產物保險公司對應、新建擴建公用設備或生產設備安規評估(包含防爆危險區劃等)、EHS變更管理等。 

• 協助實施工廠的安全管理，以確保合規。 

• 協助辦理安全衛生法定訓練。 

• 協助推動組織安全文化、安全意識和責任制的改善。 

• 協助執行安全審核，包括安全衛生檢查、承包商施工審核、設備安全檢查 (PSSR) 和工作安全觀察。 

• 協助調查事故/事件，並制定糾正和預防措施。 

• 該職位負責高雄路竹工廠，並直接向 KSP EHS 經理報告。 

Traits we believe make a strong candidate: 

• Master's degree in safety, environmental engineering, or a related technical field. 

• Minimum 7 years of EHS management experience in the semiconductor, optoelectronics, or chemical industries. 

• Holding a Class B Occupational Safety and Health Management certificate and a Process Safety Assessment Personnel certificate. 

• Experience operating in accordance with SEMI, NFPA, FM/UL standards, and local Taiwanese EHS regulations. 

• Project management skills. 

• Excellent communication skills, able to gain trust and maintain positive professional relationships. 

• Proactive and problem-solving abilities. 

• Excellent written and oral English communication skills (must be able to communicate with the global team). 

• 安全、環境工程或相關技術專業碩士學位。 

• 7 年以上半導體、光電產業或化工產業 EHS 管理經驗。 

• 持有職業安全衛生管理 B級證明書、製程安全評估人員證書。 

• 具備 SEMI. NFPA. FM/UL規範以及台灣當地EHS法規的運作經驗。 

• 專案管理技能。 

• 良好的溝通能力，能夠贏得信任並維持正向的專業關係。 

• 積極主動、積極解決問題的能力。 

• 良好的英語書面和口頭溝通能力(必須能和Global團隊溝通)
