Conversion Agent – Italian Market

The Talent Hunter (TTH) is looking for experienced Italian-speaking Conversion Agents to join a dynamic FX operation in Limassol.

Requirements

• Fluent Italian speaker
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Conversion Agent within the FX industry
• Proven experience converting leads into FTDs
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Target-driven and motivated by performance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Professional and confident telephone manner

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads for the Italian market
• Convert qualified leads into first-time depositors
• Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Follow up consistently with potential clients
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
