Summary
Fire Creek Services Company, an All Native Group company, is seeking a Maximo Functional Lead to configure and administer IBM Maximo for facility maintenance operations, including work management, mobile execution, inventory and smart lockers, workflow, escalations, security groups and reports, and train field, service desk and Government users. This is an immediate opening.
Essential Functions
- Configure work orders, priorities, service levels and escalations, job plans, preventive maintenance schedules, failure codes and dispatch rules.
- Configure Maximo Mobile checklists, photo capture, labor and material capture, and offline behavior.
- Set up inventory, storerooms, lockers and cabinets, vehicle stock, kits and reorder rules with the Logistics / Supply Chain Manager.
- Build security groups and role separation (resident, technician, supervisor, inventory, finance and Government oversight).
- Version and test configuration changes and maintain rollback capability.
- Deliver train-the-trainer sessions and observed demonstrations, and produce configuration documentation for handover to the Government customer.
- Support ITIL-aligned incident and problem management for Maximo issues, including ticket triage, root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.
- Communicate configuration changes and release notes clearly to field, service desk and Government users.

Work Environment
Remote or office-based, computer-focused work, with periodic on-site travel to Fort Campbell, Kentucky.

- Must be able to lift up to 25 lb.
- Standing for extended periods while delivering on-site training.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Full-time and part-time positions available. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, daytime.
Travel
Periodic travel to Fort Campbell, Kentucky, for technician training and go-live support.
Experience
- 6+ years of Maximo configuration and administration (Work Management, Inventory and Maximo Mobile).
- 2+ years in a facilities maintenance setting.
- Hands-on Maximo application configuration (not only reporting).
- Experience supporting a live 24/7 maintenance operation.
- Comfortable training non-technical trade staff.
Preferred:
- Maximo Application Suite (MAS 8/9).
- BIRT or Cognos reporting.
- Automation scripts.
- DoD-hosted environments.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience working on Department of Defense (DoD) installations, contracts or programs is a plus.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- IBM Maximo certification preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain installation access.
