Job Summary

We are seeking Intelligence Analysts to join our team in Huntsville, AL. This role will provide critical intelligence support to our customer supporting Redstone Arsenal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collection, analysis and processing of signals and intelligence data related to weapons systems, and reporting. A high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills are required for this role. Candidates must possess an active TS/SCI.

Employment for this position is contingent upon customer acceptance and successful security crossover. Final selection, start date, and offer of employment are subject to contract terms and client approval.

Required Skills

• Understanding of intelligence requirements and ability to update, modify, and optimize collection to satisfy needs and gaps
• Knowledge of ground/air/space-based systems and capabilities
• Background in all-source analysis of foreign C4 systems operations
• Experience developing target nominations, creating database records, and databasing of target intelligence products
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Desired Skills

• Experience producing serialized reporting in support of intelligence requirements
• Demonstrated experience processing large data sets into useable intelligence products

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or related field and five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Five (5) years of relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree

 

Certifications and Credentials

• Active TS/SCI with current (within last 5 years) CI Poly required

Total Compensation

The salary for this role depends on education and experience.

Final compensation will be based on factors such as role scope, experience, education, certifications, skills, geographic location, customer needs, contract requirements, and business considerations. Depending on the role and contract, employees may be eligible for additional compensation, including overtime, shift differentials, incentive pay, or discretionary bonuses.

For multi-location roles, the posted salary range may reflect a national or role-based range and may vary by location and contract requirements.
