Industrials Business Services & Operations Executive — Netherlands & Nordics

Demand for large-scale operational transformation is accelerating across our portfolio. We are looking for senior profiles who can originate, shape and lead the next generation of GBS and BPO mandates for our industrial clients — from finance and procurement to supply chain services and GCC design.

What you will do:

•  Originate and shape GBS and BPO opportunities at priority industrial accounts — from business case through commercial close

•  Lead engagements helping clients design, build or transform their global business services organisations

•  Cover the full GBS spectrum: finance and procurement transformation, hire-to-retire, supply chain services, customer operations

•  Build GCC propositions for clients considering captive or hybrid delivery models

•  Serve as the senior Accenture presence at the account — trusted by CFO, COO and CHRO as a peer

•  Build and develop a team of GBS and operations practitioners in the region

What we are looking for:

•  10+ years leading large-scale GBS transformation, operational reinvention or BPO mandates with industrial companies

•  Proven track record in an advisory setting — originating and delivering significant operational programmes at C-suite level

•  Deep knowledge of one or more domains: finance operations, procurement, HR services, supply chain or customer operations

•  Established relationships with CFO, COO or CHRO-level executives in the Netherlands or Nordic industrial market

•  The credibility to advise on operational restructuring and the instinct to execute it

•  Master's degree or equivalent; fluency in English

•  Based in any of our Netherlands or Nordics offices
