Job Description:
The Workday Recruiting Technology Manager will be responsible for supporting the delivery, optimization, and maintenance of Workday Recruiting and its connected talent acquisition technologies, including Paradox and HiredScore, including configuration, reporting, projects, new releases, troubleshooting, and consulting for solutions that meet and optimize recruiting business needs. They will support continuous improvement, advise on new features, and execute system changes across the Workday TA Suite. In addition, this role may provide support to other Talent Solutions functions across various Workday HCM projects. They will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Solutions, Firm IT, Finance, BU leaders, and external vendors to ensure that recruiting technology platforms are aligned with business needs.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Configure Workday Recruiting business processes, including notifications, condition rules, embedded analytics, and sub-processes
- Configure Docs and set up documents; mass distribute as needed
- Maintain security groups when security impact is included in work
- Manage and maintain data flow between Workday Recruiting, Paradox, and HiredScore and any other applicable systems
- Build, revise, and test reports, including creating calculated fields and ensuring data integrity
- Manage EIB templates solutions for recruiting data and processes
- Support reporting and data integrity needs
- Support Workday new release testing for Recruiting and coordinate enabling new features with Talent Acquisition team
- Support Paradox, HiredScore and other integrated system feature updates, enhancements, and testing as new releases occur
- Complete ad hoc projects and annual initiatives within the Workday TA Suite
- Support implementation of new modules, integrations, and system enhancements within the recruiting technology stack, understanding any downstream impact to decisions
- Assist in documenting business requirements, solution designs, and testing plans
- Execute research and analysis of best practices and solutions across Workday Recruiting, Paradox, HiredScore and other integrated systems
- Continually work with Talent Acquisition teams to review and understand processes, and identify opportunities to optimize
- Support Talent Solutions teams by recommending technology improvements that automate processes, reduce manual work and are scalable
- Address roadblocks to deliver enhancements aligned with Talent's strategic vision
- Manage Workday Recruiting technology requests and priorities; document requests and project status updates
- Help ensure consistent technology adoption across Talent Acquisition teams and BUs
- Manage and build strong stakeholder relationships with the ability to keep stakeholders engaged, responsible, and proactive in working toward planned goals and objectives, while connecting the dots across various Talent functions
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure systems communicate effectively with third-party platforms
- Manage additional HCM requests and projects as needed

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of Workday HCM configuration
Minimum 3+ years of Workday Recruiting configuration
Skills and Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes and operations
- Requires professionalism, confidentiality, and confidence in dealing with sensitive information
- High level of organizational skills, including great attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to work and communicate with varying levels of clients, to build relationships

- Professional Services industry experience preferred
- Paradox and/or HiredScore experience preferred

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
