GOLF CART FABRICATION & DETAILING ASSISTANT

We are currently seeking a Golf Cart Fabrication & Detailing Assistant at our Woodland branch. This full-time position supports our Golf Cart Enclosure Fabrication & Finishing Specialist with enclosure fabrication, golf cart washing and detailing, and painting trim pieces and other small components. Large-scale painting is not currently part of our operations but may become a responsibility in the future. Enclosure Fabrication Support Duties & Responsibilities:

· Assist the specialist with enclosure sewing and fabrication, using industrial sewing machines, cutting tools, and hand tools as trained and directed

· Assist with measuring and cutting materials accurately using basic math and measurement skills

· Help assemble enclosure components according to design specifications and the specialist’s direction

· Conduct quality checks and ensure all products meet company standards

· Coordinate with teammates to meet production deadlines

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

· Lift and move materials and components up to 50 lbs using team lifts when needed

Knowledge & Requirements:

· Previous experience in manufacturing or factory settings preferred, but not required

· Industrial sewing machine experience preferred; willingness to learn enclosure fabrication and follow the specialist’s direction required

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately

· Team player with good communication skills and a self-motivated work ethic

Golf Cart Washing, Cleaning & Detailing Duties & Responsibilities:

· Wash, clean, and detail golf carts, including bodies, seats, trim, wheels, and other components

· Prepare carts for delivery or display and check for cleanliness and presentation

· Use cleaning products and detailing equipment according to product instructions and company safety procedures

· Keep detailing supplies organized and maintain a clean work area

Current Trim & Small-Component Painting Duties & Responsibilities:

· Assist with preparing trim pieces and other small components for painting as trained and directed

· Paint trim pieces and other small components, applying primer and finish coats as trained and directed

· Check painted components for consistent coverage and finish quality

· Maintain and clean painting tools, equipment, and work areas as trained and directed

· Follow safety and compliance protocols at all times

· Assist in other departments when necessary and participate in cross-training

Future Potential — Large-Scale Painting: Large-scale golf cart painting and refinishing are not currently performed. If these operations are introduced, this position may assist with larger-surface preparation, priming, painting, and finishing after appropriate training and in accordance with company safety procedures.

Knowledge & Requirements:

· Experience with detailing or painting automotive trim and parts preferred, but not required

· Willingness to learn cleaning, surface preparation, and small-component painting procedures and follow all safety requirements

· Comfortable working with hand tools and mechanical equipment

· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly, Full Time Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour DOE
