What You Get:
- Home at the end of every single shift – sleep in your own bed, every night.
- Swing/night shifts (most runs start between 2 PM – 10 PM dispatch) – perfect for guys who like quiet roads and bigger paychecks.
- Starting pay around $0.55/mile.
- Well-maintained late-model equipment (no junk, no excuses).
- No-touch freight.
- Medical/dental/vision within 60 days.
- Year-round freight.
What We Need From You:
- Class A CDL with Doubles/Triples endorsement (no exceptions).
- 2+ years verifiable semi-truck experience pulling doubles & triples (1 year minimum, 2 years preferred).
- Clean MVR – no major accidents or reckless/careless in the last 5 years.
- Solid physical shape – you can still climb up in the truck, chain up in snow, and handle the physical side of the job.
- Guys who show up on time, take care of the equipment, and don’t need babysitting.
- Winter mountain driving experience is a big plus (we run I-80 and Donner Pass year-round).
This isn’t a mega-carrier where you’re just a truck number.
