About the Role

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide part-time administrative support for a healthcare practice. This role is well-suited for someone with experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in physiotherapy or exercise physiology, and who is looking for a stable, long-term engagement doing consistent, structured work.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support across day-to-day operations
• Take notes during meetings or client sessions
• Create closing invoices and manage billing using the client's healthcare management system (Cliniko)
• Assist with report writing and documentation
• Manage social media content creation and scheduling

Requirements

• Experience working in a healthcare setting, physiotherapy or exercise physiology background is highly preferred
• Hands-on experience using Cliniko is a must
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
• Comfortable working with repetitive and routine tasks and able to maintain consistency, accuracy, and a high standard of work over the long term
• Looking for a stable, long-term engagement, this is not a short-term or project-based role
• Familiarity with other healthcare administration systems is an advantage
