We’re offering a rare opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join our Property, Corporate & Commercial team in Scone, working with Jane Watson. Join this small and specialised team united by shared values and a clear vision, specialising in a broad range of Property and Corporate and Commercial law and private client matters, including Property matters and Wills and Estates.
Take a lead role in Conveyancing—tasks such as coordinating residential and commercial sales and processing contracts, transfers, mortgages, and leases as well as preparing for exchanges and preparing settlement statements and attending to settlements through PEXA.
This is a permanent, part-time position based in our centrally located Scone office, offering genuine collaboration and recognition through ongoing feedback, support, development, and training.
More about you
The ideal candidate will have experience in a secretarial or paralegal role within a property team, with extensive experience in conveyancing and PEXA.
You will need exceptional verbal and written communication skills as working directly with clients is an essential part of the role.
The successful candidate will also be highly efficient, service orientated with exceptional attention to detail and possess strong IT skills, particularly in Excel.
