Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation

- Prepare and cook gourmet dishes with creativity, precision, and consistency

- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain a cohesive team

- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs

- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and seasonal specials

- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a gourmet or fine dining setting

- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen management

- Creativity and passion for gourmet cuisine and presentation

- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
