Description
You will help build, improve and support software components behind important business processes. Success means delivering reliable C#/.NET features, making safe database and integration changes, and helping a team continuously improve how it ships and supports production software.
Profile for success
- At least three years of hands-on software-development experience, with evidence of production code ownership.
- Strong practical C# and .NET 6+ capability, including work delivered through Visual Studio.
- Experience building or maintaining REST APIs and/or WCF integrations, including debugging and error handling.
- Sound SQL Server or MySQL delivery experience, ideally including stored procedures and database design or development.
- Exposure to Angular, HTML5 and JavaScript in a web-delivery environment.
- Real-world use of Git, Azure DevOps, testing and collaborative code-review practices.
- A technical qualification is preferred. Financial transactional systems, Agile practices and Oracle exposure are advantageous.
