Associate Production Controller

Our client is a family-owned business operating in the food manufacturing and retail sector. They are currently seeking to recruit an Associate Production Controller to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for properly registering all incoming and outgoing goods in the production department.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing production plans and determining the required quantities of materials.
• Preparing and processing order journals through ERP as required for the production.
• Accurately picking the correct batch number of the materials in the production module.
• Balancing stock levels with physical and actual quantities in the system, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Checking and verifying received goods and reconciling them with requisitions as well as signing off if the materials are of good quality and according to the required specifications.
• Reporting any issues or discrepancies with delivered goods to superiors.
• Verifying batch numbers of the delivered products and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience as a Production Clerk or similar would be considered an asset.
• In possession of Food Handling certification (B).
• Fluency in English.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
