Process Analyst

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Process Analyst for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new analyses and techniques, as well as conducting chemical, physical, and radiological analyses. You will process and report the analysis results, primarily in the context of new projects, to support process and project engineers in validating new or modified processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine the appropriate approach to test and validate new or modified process techniques to support process and project engineers in developing new process techniques.
• Develop and establish validation methodologies and conduct necessary research (scientific literature, consulting colleagues, etc.).
• Formulate recommendations to hierarchy and process and project engineers.
• Analyze samples in the context of projects to provide necessary information to project and process engineers in developing their project/process.
• Test processes on a laboratory scale.
• Conduct chemical, physicochemical, and chromatographic analyses.
• Perform activity measurements.
• Process, record, and report analysis results to provide complete and accurate information to project and process engineers.
• Compile and process measurement data.
• Formulate conclusions based on findings.
• Develop and implement new analyses and techniques and monitor new developments to contribute to the expansion of the laboratory's analysis package.
• Prepare advisory reports for hierarchy.
• Propose relevant innovations.

Practical Information:

Knowledge of radiochemical analysis and separation techniques is required.
