Description
An established private practice just 20 minutes from Richmond in New Kent, VA, is seeking a positive, compassionate Optometrist. This opportunity welcomes ODs who have successfully passed all parts of their boards and value both clinical excellence and exceptional patient care. A great sense of humor is celebrated!
Position Details:
- Flexibility to work 2-5 days per week
- Modern office with state-of-the-art technology (autorefractor, OCT w/ anterior seg, Optomap, topographer w/ gland imaging, Visual Field)
- Two full exams per hour, with follow-ups and occasional emergency visits
- Supported by skilled techs for patient work-ups and special testing
- Patient care Monday-Friday, with no evenings or weekends
- Ownership opportunities for the right OD
- Relocation bonus for candidates moving 50+ miles
Pay and Benefits:
- Compensation: 17% of collections OR salary/production-based pay – full-time base not below $155K, total package $160K–$200K+
- 401k with 4% match
- PTO and paid holidays
