Aftermarket Sales Specialist - Fixed Term

Join Industry and Process, the Reinvention Engine where you will build and scale even deeper industry and process expertise, help establish industry and process training across Accenture, and develop AI-enabled methods to transform enterprises — such as AI-enabled ERP methods and ART, our proprietary reinvention methodology, powered by Accenture's Intelligent Operations Centers and Global Network

We are seeking an experienced Aftermarket Sales Consultant to support the growth of the Independent Aftermarket (IAM) by improving dealer performance, strengthening relationships with independent repairers (IRs) and garage chains, and enhancing the adoption of digital ordering and workshop systems. The role is field‑driven and focuses on structured visits, assessments, capability development, and targeted commercial activation.

Key Responsibilities

• Dealer Visits & Performance Enhancement. You'll conduct standardized onsite visits to review IAM parts performance, portfolio depth, and sales execution. You'll identify improvement opportunities across stock strategies, customer service, and digital ordering adoption, capturing outcomes and defining clear next steps

• Dealer Assessments & Improvement Plans. You'll run comprehensive assessments using audits, scorecards, and benchmarks to evaluate operational quality and commercial maturity

• Dealer Coaching. You'll deliver targeted coaching to uplift dealer performance, this includes training on sales processes, product knowledge, pricing, and system usage, with structured follow-up and progress reporting

• Customer Engagement (IRs & Garage Chains). You'll visit independent repairers and garage chains to promote product awareness, increase parts sales, and provide hands-on support for ordering platforms and workshop systems.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, seniority, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. For this position, the job level is B2 under the CCNL Metalmeccanico (C011) National Collective Bargaining Agreement. The gross annual salary range is between 33,059€ and 42,000€

Skills & Experience

• 4 years in automotive aftermarket sales, field force, network development, or workshop consulting

• Understanding dealer operations, workshop processes, and B2B parts distribution. Analytical, structured, and results‑oriented

• Strong skills in coaching, performance assessment, and relationship‑building. Ability to interpret KPIs, market data, and customer behavior patterns

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
