- Assist in project management throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Conduct detailed research on companies, sectors, investors, and market trends
- Prepare Information memorandums, business plans, and funding documentation
- As you progress, build and develop integrated financial models for transactions
- Participate in marketing initiatives, deal origination, and networking
