Job Description

Product & Portfolio Management

• Manage overall portfolio performance across:

  • Acquisition

  • Usage

  • Profitability

  • Portfolio quality

• Develop and implement product strategies and growth initiatives.

• Identify opportunities for product enhancement and market expansion.

• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.

• Lead product lifecycle management including pricing, campaigns, features, and process improvements.

Strategic Decisioning & Analytics

• Analyze portfolio trends and business performance to support strategic decision-making.

• Drive data-driven initiatives to optimize portfolio growth and profitability.

• Build business cases and profitability assessments for campaigns and new initiatives.

• Balance business growth objectives with risk and compliance considerations.

• Track campaign and portfolio performance through regular reporting and analytics.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with internal stakeholders including:

  • Risk Management

  • Compliance

  • Legal

  • Operations

  • Technology

  • Finance

  • Analytics

  • Marketing

  • Digital

  • Sales teams

• Manage and collaborate with external vendors and business partners.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of campaigns and product initiatives.

• Build strong working relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.

Regulatory & Governance

• Ensure compliance with MAS regulations and internal governance policies relating to unsecured lending.

• Maintain familiarity with regulatory requirements for unsecured loan products and marketing practices.

• Partner with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure all initiatives meet regulatory standards.

• Support audit and regulatory review requirements where necessary.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in:

  • Unsecured lending

  • Consumer banking

• Good knowledge of:

  • Personal Loans

  • Balance Transfer

  • Line of Credit facilities

• Familiar with MAS regulations relating to unsecured lending products.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Self-starter with strong initiative and sense of ownership.

• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

• Proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented mindset.
