Overview
Our private dental office is seeking a Lead Front Office Assistant to join us and be the face of our practice in the greater Monetpelier area! We place great emphasis on collaborative efforts within our team and are committed to providing a workplace where each staff member feels supported and valued. Compensation: $22-27 per hour, based on experience

Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years of front office experience in a dental, medical, or hospitality setting
- At least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role overseeing front desk team
- Strong knowledge of dental office workflows including scheduling, insurance verification, treatment coordination, and patient check-in/out
- Familiarity of Dentrix software
