Do you talk to AI more often than some of your friends? Have you ever automated a five-minute task simply because doing it twice felt wrong? Perfect.
At NN, we are building a small Prague-based AI- First engineering team to explore a new way of creating SaaS applications — spec-driven, highly autonomous, and powered by AI from idea to production. This is not a conventional software engineering setup. We are validating a new agentic delivery model where AI supports requirements, code, testing, documentation, and delivery flow, while engineers focus on what matters most: shaping clear specifications, making decisions, checking quality, solving complex problems, and owning outcomes.
We are looking for curious builders, not passengers. People who naturally reach for AI dozens of times a day, experiment with new tools for fun, and keep asking, “There must be a smarter way to do this.” If AI is already part of how you think, create, and solve problems — not just part of your job description — we would love to talk to you.
Your responsibilities
Work with the Product Owner to clarify outcomes, scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
Orchestrate AI-assisted work across requirements, design, code, testing, and documentation.
Review AI-generated outputs for quality, security, maintainability, and business fit.
Cover architecture, QA, and governance responsibilities within the team where needed.
Define quality gates for code, tests, documentation, and production readiness.
Improve prompts, specifications, methods, and agent setup to increase delivery quality.
Help prove a reusable agentic delivery blueprint for wider adoption.
Your skills and experience
We are looking for AI engineers who can turn specifications into production-ready software and take ownership from requirements to production operation.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
Experience with AI coding assistants, automation tools, or agent-based workflows.
Strong hands-on experience in software development, ideally backend, API, or SaaS.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar.
Experience specifying APIs, data flows, integrations, system behaviour, and AI workflows.
Experience in fast-moving product environments with continuous delivery following Agile methodology.
Good knowledge of clean code, software design, secure coding, Git, and reviews.
Experience with unit, integration, API, end-to-end, and lifecycle-based testing.
Experience building CI/CD pipelines for build, test, scan, and deployment automation.
Clear English communication and ability to document decisions, risks, and assumptions.
Nice to have
Experience with REST APIs and documentation tools such as OpenAPI or Swagger.
Understanding of OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect, RBAC, and access control.
Practical Kubernetes experience with containers, manifests, Helm, config, and secrets.
Security awareness, including secrets, privacy, access control, vulnerabilities, and OWASP.

We work mostly from home, giving you the flexibility to choose your preferred workspace. However, as a team, we aim to meet in person at least once a week whenever possible. NN also contributes to your home office expenses every month.
