? What’s the Role?
We’re hiring Hybrid Technicians—skilled professionals who can perform both Core and Multi-Care services. If you’re passionate about vehicles and want to expand your expertise, this is your opportunity to grow with us.
Start with Core Training:
- Upper Bay / Lower Bay Services
- Inspection Technician Role
- Completion of CBTs (Computer-Based Training)
Advance to Hybrid Technician:
- Vehicle inspections and diagnostics
- Light engine tune-ups
- Brake jobs (fluid exchange, rotor/caliper replacement, drum/parking brake adjustment)
- Tire services (repair, replacement, mounting, balancing)
- Spark plug replacement
- Wheel bearing service
- Light drive train repair
Once training is complete, you’ll be promoted to Hybrid Technician / Brake Tech—a key role in our Multi-Care service team.
Requirements
? What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Age 18+
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to complete CBT modules
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Physical Requirements:
- Standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, crawling
- Lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Clear communication with customers and team
