About the role of Finance Trainee – Portugal

The Finance Trainee will have the opportunity to gain broad exposure to the Finance function within a fast-paced consumer healthcare business. Through hands-on experience, coaching and participation in key finance processes,
the trainee will develop foundation skills in financial analysis, business partnering, planning, reporting and governance while supporting the Finance team in its day-to-day activities.

During the traineeship, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

• Learn how financial performance is monitored and translated into business insights.

• Gain exposure to budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.

• Support the preparation of reports, analyses and presentations used in decision making.

• Understand how Finance partners with commercial and cross-functional teams to drive business performance.

• Develop analytical, problem-solving and communication skills through real business projects.

• Build an understanding of how a Finance function contributes to business strategy and growth.

• Collaborate with colleagues across different functions and develop stakeholder management skills.

What We Are Looking For

• University student or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business Management or a related field.

• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn.

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute in a team environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.

• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
