Experienced Recruiter of Externals Consultant

Mission Overview:

The client is seeking an Experienced Recruiter of Externals for a consultancy mission delivered by Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our company on-site at the client, working within their Sourcing & Procurement department to facilitate the hiring and contracting of external Time & Material resources and monitor the end-to-end sourcing process.

Responsibilities:

• Support business managers in defining function descriptions that facilitate hiring the right profiles.
• Safeguard qualitative sourcing by screening incoming CVs professionally and uniformly, formalizing screening results to ensure the correct quality/price balance.
• Monitor open requests closely and decide with managers on next steps as needed.
• Adhere to procurement, risk, and compliance guidelines.
• Contribute to optimization of hiring processes and procedures.
• Manage administrative activities linked to the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Master's degree or minimum 3 years, ideally 5 years, experience as Buyer/Recruiter.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent usage of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with workflow tools (such as Nétive platform) is preferable.
• Negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the body-shopping sourcing market.
• Commercial way of working with internal clients and suppliers.
• Good knowledge of the (IT) market is a plus.
• Prior experience in a recruitment firm is preferable.
• AI experience in the screening domain is an added value.
• Strong communicator, diplomatic.
• Commercial awareness and customer-oriented.
• Challenger of internal client’s needs.
• Quick self-starter and proactive attitude.
• Team player.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your scope of responsibility.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment.

Language Requirements:

• Good written and spoken communication skills in Dutch and French.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
