Warehouse-Truck Loader

Position Summary: The Truck Loader performs all nightly operations of the loading department.

 

·         Performs nighttime warehouse operations.

·         Performs all loading crew duties, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, goals and deadlines.

·         Models company policies and procedures.

·         Ensures all trucks are loaded according to procedures and deadlines.

·         Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

·         Works with Quality Assurance Team to ensure specific Good Manufacturing Practices are being followed.

·         Employee shall adhere to all company food safety policies, procedures and trainings. 

·         While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.

·         The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

·         The employee must be able to work in tight and/or dim places and be comfortable with heights.

·         Must be able to regularly lift and/or move objects up to 30 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

·         Vision abilities require by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

·         1+ year experience in warehouse environment.

·         Food industry experience preferred.

·         High school diploma /G.E.D., or equivalent experience required.
