What you'll do:

Duration: Three years

Rotations: Three unique twelve-month assignments designed to build broad exposure to a variety of commercially oriented roles across several of our key growth areas.

Potential Assignments: Quotation Engineering, Technical Support, Field Sales, Field Marketing, Application Engineering, Segment Sales depending on country placement.

International Exposure: There will be an opportunity to work in at least 2 countries during the 3-year timeframe within the Middle East region.

Program Start: The program begins with a Technical Sales Engineer role in Cairo, Egypt, a strategic location within Eaton’s commercial growth strategy in EMEA. In this role, you will be involved in the technical sales of our selected product portfolio, working with partners and direct customers to achieve our commercial growth aspirations.

The program begins in September 2026.

Qualifications:

Eligibility Requirement: This Leadership Development Program is open exclusively to candidates who graduated in 2025 or who are expected to graduate in 2026. Candidates who graduated prior to 2025 are not eligible for consideration.

• Must currently possess or will have obtained a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Power Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering (with an electrical focus), Engineering Technology, Applied Engineering, or a related electrical engineering field by August 2026. A master's degree in these fields is also preferred.
• Work, internship, co-op, or other relevant practical experience is a plus (up to a maximum of 3 years of professional experience).
• Effective communication skills.
• Proactivity and curiosity.
• Ability to learn quickly and take on challenging tasks.
• Desire to build a leadership career in a multinational company.
• Flexibility to relocate within the Middle East region during the program.
