General Summary:

As a Web UX Designer on the Digital Experience Team, you’ll help bring our website experiences to life through high-quality production design and execution. Working within our CMS (Adobe Experience Manager - AEM), you’ll ensure that designs are accurately translated into polished, functional web pages.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer who enjoys working hands-on with live web experiences—owning page quality, troubleshooting issues, and making improvements directly in the CMS environment.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the website is visually polished, consistent, and functioning as intended across all devices.

• Update webpages within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

• Prepare design comps for the publishing team, ensure the handoff is organized

• Partner closely with the publishing team to troubleshoot page builds and resolve issues

• Perform QA checks across breakpoints to ensure responsiveness and consistency

• Create and export web-ready assets (images, graphics, components)

• Maintain high standards of visual polish, spacing, and alignment across pages

• Identify issues on the website (layout, styling, bugs) and proactively fix them

• Support designers and stakeholders by helping bring concepts into live experiences

• Apply basic understanding of web standards, accessibility, and performance considerations

• Collaborate closely with UX designers, marketers, and the publishing team

• Balance speed and precision in a fast-paced production environment

• Take ownership of your work, with the autonomy to identify and fix issues independently

• Learn and grow within a structured design system and web ecosystem

• Direct experience working in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

• Exposure to QA processes for websites

• Experience translating designs into production environments

• Basic understanding of front-end frameworks or web performance best practices

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

OR

Associate's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

OR

High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• ~3-5 years of experience in web, digital, or UX design (internships included)

• Experience working in a CMS (AEM preferred, but not required)

• Strong attention to detail and eye for visual quality

• Experience preparing assets for web (responsive images, optimized exports)

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS (comfortable inspecting, debugging, and making minor adjustments)

• Figma expertise

• Understanding of responsive design principles and breakpoints

• Ability to follow design systems and established patterns

• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to troubleshoot independently
