We are seeking for an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to own the full sales cycle for its IT outstaffing and software development services.

This is a highly consultative role for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing complex sales processes, and closing deals with U.S.-based technology companies. You'll work directly with founders, CTOs, and engineering leaders while collaborating with internal recruiting and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

  • Generate new business through cold outreach and warm leads

  • Conduct discovery meetings and qualify opportunities

  • Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms

  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline

  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to present qualified candidates

  • Research target accounts using AI tools and sales intelligence platforms

  • Monitor market signals and identify new business opportunities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience selling IT staffing, staff augmentation, or software development services

  • Proven success managing the full sales cycle and closing deals

  • Experience selling to U.S.-based companies

  • Native or near-native English (C1+)

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, etc.)

  • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Clay, and Perplexity to improve sales workflows

  • Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented

  • Availability to overlap with US business hours

Location: LATAM (Remote)

Schedule: Remote with overlap during US business hours (EST/PST)

Compensation: Up to monthly base salary + uncapped commissions
