We are seeking for an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to own the full sales cycle for its IT outstaffing and software development services.
This is a highly consultative role for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing complex sales processes, and closing deals with U.S.-based technology companies. You'll work directly with founders, CTOs, and engineering leaders while collaborating with internal recruiting and technical teams.
Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

Generate new business through cold outreach and warm leads

Conduct discovery meetings and qualify opportunities

Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms

Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline

Collaborate with recruiting teams to present qualified candidates

Research target accounts using AI tools and sales intelligence platforms

Monitor market signals and identify new business opportunities
Requirements
-
3+ years of experience selling IT staffing, staff augmentation, or software development services
-
Proven success managing the full sales cycle and closing deals

Experience selling to U.S.-based companies

Native or near-native English (C1+)

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, etc.)

Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Clay, and Perplexity to improve sales workflows

Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented

Availability to overlap with US business hours
Location: LATAM (Remote)
Schedule: Remote with overlap during US business hours (EST/PST)
Compensation: Up to monthly base salary + uncapped commissions
