THE ROLE:  

The Associate Commerce Strategy Manager will support the development and execution of omnichannel commerce strategies that accelerate growth across The Magnum Ice Cream Company’s iconic portfolio. Reporting to the Commerce Strategy Manager, this role will partner cross-functionally with Brand, Sales, Finance, Customer Strategy & Planning, Digital Commerce, and external agency partners to bring commerce strategies to life.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Commerce strategy development – Support the development of commerce strategies, briefs, and activation plans that translate brand objectives into actionable omnichannel commerce programs.
  • Shopper promotions & coupon strategy – Own the development and execution of commerce shopper promotions, including digital and in-store coupon programs, promotional activations, and offer strategies that drive trial, conversion, and sales while aligning with brand and customer objectives.
  • Project management – Manage multiple projects simultaneously by coordinating timelines, creative reviews, asset development, approvals, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure flawless execution.
  • Agency partnership – Manage day-to-day communication with agency partners to ensure campaigns are developed, refined, and executed on time and in full.
  • Cross-functional collaboration – Partner with Brand, Sales, Customer Strategy & Planning, Finance, and Digital Commerce teams to align on strategy, execution, and key deliverables.
  • Presentation development – Build clear, compelling, and executive-ready presentations that communicate commerce strategies, campaign recommendations, and business updates.
  • Strategic analyses – Conduct internal, customer, category, and competitive analyses to uncover insights and identify opportunities that strengthen commerce recommendations.
  • Campaign measurement – Analyze campaign performance and key performance indicators, synthesize insights, and share recommendations with stakeholders to inform future commerce strategies.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000. The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. 

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Should the employee choose to participate, they can choose from a range of benefits to include, but is not limited to, health insurance (including prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage), retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, sick leave, paid vacation and holidays, as well as access to numerous voluntary benefits. Any coverages for health insurance and retirement benefits will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans and associated governing plan documents.
