Guardian Tax is hiring driven, results-focused sales professionals to join our high-performing Chandler team. This role is built for individuals who thrive in a competitive environment, enjoy helping others, and are motivated by strong earning potential and success.

You’ll be working with individuals who have already reached out for assistance with IRS and tax debt concerns. Your responsibility is to understand their situation, provide clear guidance on available solutions, and help them move forward toward resolving their tax challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Take inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief support
• Build trust and establish strong client relationships quickly
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to identify client needs
• Overcome objections and close deals confidently
• Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Schedule

• In-office position (Chandler, AZ)
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday per month

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of phone sales experience required
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Professional, motivated, and coachable attitude
