Our goal is clear: 15 agent hires per quarter (60 per year) — and not just hires, but agents who succeed, stay, and grow into top producers within our organization.

If you get energy from people, love being face-to-face, enjoy strategic conversations, and are equally comfortable picking up the phone and prospecting — this role is for you.

This is not passive recruiting.

This is proactive, relationship-driven growth.

What Success Looks Like

• 15 new agent hires per quarter
• Consistent inbound and outbound recruiting activity
• Strong recruiting funnel metrics
• Retention of recruited agents
• 20% of new hires progressing into Tier 1 production
