How You'll Make an Impact:

As a "GTM" Recruiter based in Mexico, you'll run full-cycle hiring for go-to-market roles across one of Cloudbeds' fastest-growing regions. Your focus will be GTM, covering outbound Enterprise and Mid Market Sales, Customer Growth, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement hiring across Mexico and supporting the wider LATAM market. You'll be as comfortable running volume pipelines as you are doing focused, competitor-aware sourcing to reach the kind of passive candidates who aren't browsing job boards. From time to time you'll get to support hiring in other areas, including Technology, giving you real variety and room to grow. You'll build strong working relationships with hiring managers and be a genuine ambassador for Cloudbeds in the Mexican talent market.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Run the full-cycle hiring process for GTM roles across Mexico, covering outbound Sales, Customer Growth, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement, with the flexibility to support the wider LATAM region
  • Run competitor-focused sourcing campaigns to identify and engage passive candidates at target companies
  • Bring solid talent mapping to every search, building a clear picture of the market before diving into outreach and consistently surfacing top passive talent that others won't find
  • Support hiring across other areas of the business including Customer Success and Technology when required, bringing the same sourcing rigour and candidate engagement to a variety of roles
  • Partner closely with GTM hiring managers and local leadership to understand market dynamics and build targeted hiring strategies
  • Build trusted, consultative relationships with hiring managers, tying your hiring approach directly to business outcomes
  • Manage the hiring process through Greenhouse ATS, maintaining clean data and keeping stakeholders informed at every stage
  • Go beyond filling seats: contribute ideas to improve the process and share market intelligence on the GTM talent landscape in Mexico
  • Stay current on Mexican and LATAM compensation benchmarks, competitor talent movements, and GTM hiring trends

What Sets You Up for Success:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology company and/or an agency with a strong focus on supplying the high-growth SaaS market
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable building relationships with and influencing hiring managers and senior leaders
  • Solid track record hiring across GTM functions, including outbound Sales, Operations, and Enablement
  • Exposure to Customer Success and Technology hiring is a plus, even if GTM is your primary domain
  • Proven sourcing skills
  • Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other sourcing tools
  • Hands-on experience using AI in your workflow.
  • Proficient across G Suite, Slack, and Zoom, tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
  • Fluent Spanish and strong professional English, both written and verbal
  • Based in Mexico or another LATAM country

Bonus skills to stand out:

  • Experience hiring for hospitality technology or a vertical SaaS business
  • Expertise recruiting Hospitality Tech Sales talent in Mexico.
  • Track record of building structured sourcing processes, not just executing one-off searches
  • Familiarity with sales talent assessment methodologies or competency-based interview frameworks
