Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries efficiently
- Bartend, cook, and serve food to guests as required, ensuring quality and presentation standards are maintained
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and food service areas
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Process payments and handle cash register operations accurately
Skills and Qualifications
