THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are currently looking for Automation Quality Control, Specialist who is responsible for
Leading automation testing across multiple projects.
Designing frameworks, establishing coding standards, optimizing CI/CD integrations, and ensure automation aligns with project priorities.
Performing detailed manual and exploratory testing for web, mobile, and API platforms.
Defining test strategies, managing resources, and ensuring high-quality delivery for all assigned products.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define overall manual and performance testing strategy for projects.
Write comprehensive test cases using boundary value, equivalence partitioning, and risk-based techniques.
Execute functional, regression, and integration tests on Web and Mobile
Manage and review test case design and defect reports.
Perform performance testing using JMeter or K6 (execute and analyze results under guidance).
Define overall automation test strategy for projects (web, mobile, API, performance).
Develop and maintain automation test scripts for web applications and APIs.
Create and execute mobile automation scripts.
Design, maintain, and optimize automation frameworks.
Manage code reviews, ensure script reusability, and enforce naming standards.
Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/Github).
Oversee mobile automation using WebdriverIO + Appium.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
4 - 6 years of relevant experience in software testing and quality assurance
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Deep knowledge of testing methodologies and insurance domain.
Advanced understanding of database testing, API validation, and mobile/web platforms.
Ability to design test frameworks and processes.
Strong hands-on experience in any automation framework
Proficient with JMeter/K6, REST APIs, JSON, SQL.
Deep understanding of automation architecture, CI/CD, Git branching.
