Product Test Engineering Lead

Join our team to help drive business transformation by optimizing processes and designing innovative technology solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to analyze current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop strategies that deliver sustainable value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Apply methodologies, tools, and best practices to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Define and document functional and technical requirements to support transformation initiatives.
• Advise stakeholders on process and technology changes, facilitating successful adoption and implementation.
• Support the execution of strategic initiatives that contribute to improved organizational performance.

Requirements

• Experience in Core Banking.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Core Banking, Business Process Analysis, Business Transformation, Consulting, or related areas.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of Program & Project Management.
• Experience in Manufacturing Operations and/or Product Testing.
• Knowledge of Industrial IoT Device Testing.
