About the Role

Responsible for managing IT projects which cut across different IT departments

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create and manage project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Define project team members’ responsibility of the Parties, project activities and deliverables
• Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale projects 
• Implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with project delivery methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution and customer satisfaction
• Minimize or mitigate risk and issue across multiple or large-scale projects
• Control milestone of the project delivery on time, finds solution in case of delay
• Recognize areas for internal improvement and develop plans for execution
• Manage to achieve revenue goals set for projects/program
• Analyze and accurately forecast project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization
• Control costs and expenses well and makes every effort to decrease extra cost
• Be responsible for team members performance management and career development

Job Requirements:

• Education & Experience
• University degree or above in IT or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years IT working experience, at least 5 years in project management or 4 years of supervisory experience Knowledge & Skills
• Certification in project management professional, e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, etc.
• Ability to take a holistic view with high level of insight on technical flow and provide advice to senior team management
• Good command of English both in oral and written
• Effective communication and presentation skills
