• Monitor daily schedule and ensure that it is align to machine / tooling capacity limitation.
• Validate capacity declared versus actual performance of manufacturing and escalate.
• Review weekly commit and highlight should there be any issue supporting the customer requirement/metrics.
• Responsible in assessing and commit on current week volume upside/pull ins / expedites.
• Responsible in the manual allocation of Tape and Reel Parts.
