Overview
This role leads the capability agenda for the SCEB Supply Chain organization by combining Learning & Development (L&D) expertise with deep understanding of end-to-end (E2E) supply chain capability needs. The Supply Chain Capability Lead designs, delivers, and measures impactful learning solutions for both professional and frontline populations, driving continuous development, performance improvement, and a culture of learning and operational excellence. The role is part of wider East Europe Capability team.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Supply Chain learning and capability-building strategy in SCEB, aligned with business and HR priorities.
- Diagnose individual and team development needs and translate them into targeted learning, onboarding, and career development solutions.
- Design, deliver, and manage the annual SC training curriculum, including professional, leadership, and operational excellence programs.
- Facilitate engaging, accessible learning experiences, leveraging internal trainers, external vendors, and digital platforms.
- Manage learning processes, metrics, compliance programs, and training budget, ensuring impact measurement and continuous improvement.
- Act as a strategic learning partner to SC leaders and HR teams, embedding a strong learning culture and driving capability adoption across the organization.
Qualifications
- University degree in HR, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Capability-building experience in a complex or multinational environment.
- Proven ability to diagnose capability needs and deliver learning solutions for frontline and professional populations, including onboarding and career development programs.
- Strong experience managing cross‑functional initiatives and engaging multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Advanced facilitation skills and solid expertise in adult learning principles, performance consulting, and operational excellence frameworks.
- Strong analytical, digital, and problem‑solving skills, with proficiency in MS Office 365 and learning technologies.
