Description
Work Setup: Monday to Friday; Dayshift (2x onsite, 3x wfh)
Location: Makati

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and seamless coordination with internal teams.
- Work closely with the creative, project management, and operations teams to create event concepts, prepare proposals, and oversee end-to-end event planning and execution.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and key deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Conduct post-event assessments, collect client feedback, and recommend strategies to improve services and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, events, or the creative industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, creative, and customer-focused with a solutions-oriented mindset.
