Sales and Product Training Supervisor

We are looking for a “Product and Sales Training Supervisor” to join our team!

• Planning strategic plans in line with Global directions, preparing the related trainings’ budget, drawing up quotations, determining the standard and additional expenses, generating suggestions within the framework of an annual training budget.
• Providing non-technical training and sales consultancy training to all dealer employees working in the sales organization and the evaluation of these trainings.
• Planning and execution of the coaching activities and on-the-job trainings aimed at raising the operational quality of Dealers/Authorized Services.
• Designating the training subjects with the objective to raise the service quality and training level of the employees of Nissan Dealer organization, by taking into consideration also the information received from the field.
• Following LMS online training with dealers and install actual e-learning into system for dealer staff.
• Being responsible for proof-reading process of global trainings and conducting into localize materials.
• Designing and delivering product and sales trainings for dealer sales teams and fleet customers.
• Planning and executing product and sales trainings for fleet customers and business partners (B2B).
• Planning and delivering periodic refreshment trainings to maintain and improve training levels of dealer staff, including new joiners and role changes.
• Actively supporting dealer network during new model launch periods.
• Translating product features into clear customer benefits and effective sales arguments.
• Conducting competitive analysis and developing benchmarking-based sales positioning.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS: 

• University degree
• Minimum 5 years experience in trainings, preferably Automotive experience
• Fluent English written and verbally
• Capable to participate in Sales Management, Consultancy, and technical and non-technical trainings and convey these to the group
• Presentation and communication skills
• Planning skills
