Summer Worker / Intern (f/m/d)

The Summer Worker / Intern (f/m/d) provides administrative and operational support to the warehouse team. This role is responsible for organizing and archiving warehouse documentation, processing and preparing USB drives and SD cards, and assisting with general warehouse-related tasks to ensure accurate recordkeeping and efficient operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Archive and maintain warehouse documentation in accordance with company procedures

• Sort, organize, and file physical and electronic records

• Prepare, inspect, label, and process USB drives and SD cards for operational use

• Verify data storage media for completeness and proper functionality

• Maintain accurate records of archived documents and processed media

• Support inventory and warehouse administration activities as required

• Assist with general housekeeping and organizational tasks within the warehouse and storage areas

• Follow company safety, quality, and compliance requirements

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

What We Look For

• No specific educational background required - Students or recent graduates are welcome to apply

• Previous warehouse or administrative experience is beneficial but not required

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office applications)

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to organize and manage documents systematically

• Reliable, responsible, and able to follow instructions

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to perform light lifting and handling of boxes and documents

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse environment as needed
