Location: Greece (Remote after Relocation)

Salary: €1300 gross/month

About the Role

We are looking for a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join an international customer service team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to relocate to Greece and work remotely while supporting customers in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with account, product, and service-related inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Accurately document customer interactions.
• Meet quality and productivity targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Portuguese (C1/C2).
• Good command of English (B2 or higher).
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using multiple digital tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
