PART TIME - Leasing & Live It Specialist (Leasing Consultant)

Summary: The Leasing Consultant plays a pivotal role in converting telephone and walk-in prospects into leases, thereby maintaining and increasing occupancy levels. This position requires effective communication with existing residents and the establishment of a successful renewal program to ensure high resident retention.

 

Responsibilities:

• Convert telephone and walk-in prospects into leases to maintain and increase occupancy.
• Communicate effectively with existing residents to address their needs and concerns.
• Establish and manage a successful lease renewal program.
• Conduct property tours for prospective residents highlighting key amenities and features.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of all leasing-related activities and resident interactions.
• Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy goals.

Required skills:

• Proven experience in a leasing or similar customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in real estate or sales are advantageous.
