The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Program Analyst to support and assist with financial and administrative taking for the Program Management Support Team
The candidate will:
- Provide support to the Program Manager in developing, drafting and preparing programmatic reports.
- Provide administrative support of Government issued and approved Statements of Work for the Advance Procurement, Research, and Development Detail, Modernization, Overhaul and Life Cycle Support.
- Provide administrative support of government issued and approved evaluation criteria for any incentive or award sections of contract solicitations. This administrative support is composed of version control, maintenance of historical files, development of templates and organizing technical government input into a draft product for Program Manager approval
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the collection, analysis and reporting of monthly financial performance data to include both planning yard and shipyard availability execution.
- Prepare agendas, track action items and prepare official correspondence for signature.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in engineering or technical field equivalent.
- 5+ years of professional, applicable experience.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Experience with Naval Correspondence.
- Skills with Microsoft Office Products (specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) are required.
- Experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Must have excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organization skills.
Desired:
- Prior Navy, NAVSEA, or shipbuilding experience (desired).
- Previous experience managing technical issues for Navy systems.
