Overview

Assembly Global Delivery is seeking an accomplished and transformational leader to head its Cairo Global Delivery Hub. This role extends beyond operational leadership- it is responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the Cairo hub, driving business transformation, strengthening partnerships with global business units, and positioning Cairo as a critical capability center within Assembly and the broader Stagwell ecosystem.

As the senior-most leader for the Cairo hub, the Center Head will champion delivery excellence, governance, organizational maturity, and capability development while partnering closely with regional business leaders to expand services, build future-ready teams, and support the continued growth of Global Delivery.

The role will serve as the primary escalation point for the Cairo hub and will be accountable for aligning local execution with global business priorities.

Responsibilities

Strategic Site Leadership

• Lead the overall strategy, performance, and growth of the Cairo Global Delivery Hub in alignment with Global Delivery and business objectives.
• Position Cairo as a trusted delivery partner for Assembly and Stagwell agencies by expanding capabilities and supporting increasingly complex global assignments.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Act as the executive sponsor for all strategic initiatives impacting the Cairo hub.

Business Partnership & Growth

• Partner closely with Regional Business Unit leaders to understand evolving business priorities and proactively identify new delivery opportunities.
• Drive adoption of Global Delivery services across regions through trusted business partnerships and consistent execution excellence.
• Support capability expansion by transitioning higher-value and upstream work into Cairo.
• Influence stakeholders to leverage Cairo for strategic programs rather than transactional delivery.

Delivery Excellence & Governance

• Establish a best-in-class operating model focused on delivery excellence, governance, quality, and operational discipline.
• Drive consistent execution of KPIs, SLAs, quality standards, and governance frameworks across all supported functions.
• Lead operational reviews with business stakeholders to improve performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery risks are proactively managed with robust mitigation and continuity plans.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for delivery, operational, people, and business-critical matters.

Organizational Transformation

• Lead organizational change initiatives that improve scalability, efficiency, and business agility.
• Champion AI, automation, and modern ways of working to simplify operations and enhance productivity.
• Drive continuous process improvement across delivery functions.
• Build a culture where innovation and operational excellence become part of everyday work.

People Leadership & Capability Development

• Build, inspire, and develop a highly engaged, future-ready workforce.
• Coach leaders and managers to strengthen leadership capability and succession planning.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, encouraging employees to pursue certifications, digital skills, and platform expertise.
• Create clear career pathways that enable employees to take on increasingly strategic and complex assignments.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing across global teams.

Workforce & Capability Planning

• Develop the organizational structure required to support current and future business demand.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning to ensure the right capabilities are available at the right time.
• Identify capability gaps and implement structured upskilling initiatives aligned to evolving client and business needs.
• Drive workforce readiness for emerging technologies, AI-enabled services, and new delivery models.

Stakeholder Management

• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across Assembly, Stagwell, and regional business units.
• Represent Cairo within the Global Delivery leadership team.
• Act as the executive point of contact for all delivery, operational, and organizational escalations.
• Communicate business priorities, performance, and transformation progress to executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Global Delivery, Shared Services, GCCs, Technology Services, Marketing Services, Consulting, or Digital Operations.
• Proven experience leading large cross-functional organizations in matrix environments.
• Demonstrated success driving organizational transformation and change management.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to partner effectively with senior business leaders.
• Experience building governance frameworks, operating models, and delivery excellence programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams and supporting multiple global markets.
