What will you do?

• Support users whenever they need assistance
• Help users by providing solutions via phone and email
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
• Ensure every interaction leaves users with a pleasant experience
• Provide customer support for a banking client offering online payment and financing solutions
• Work in a customer-focused role with no sales responsibilities

Candidate profile

• Native-level Swedish language skills, both written and spoken
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
• Good organisational skills
• Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude
• Comfortable using computers and technology
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong multitasking skills with previous multitasking experience
• Valid work permit for Cyprus if you are not an EU citizen
