Are you a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager who enjoys leading from the front rather than sitting behind a desk?

We're recruiting for one of Northumberland's finest luxury country house hotels, home to multiple food and beverage outlets, award-winning dining, a luxury spa and championship golf facilities. Conveniently commutable from Newcastle, this is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced operational manager who thrives in a busy, quality-driven environment.

This role would suit an established Food & Beverage Manager looking for their next challenge—not an F&B Director. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up, support the team during service and drive standards every day.

The Role

You'll oversee the day-to-day running of several food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while leading, coaching and motivating your management and front-of-house teams.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll take ownership of service delivery, staffing, recruitment, financial performance and operational standards across the department.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience managing a multi-outlet Food & Beverage operation.
• Strong operational background within quality hotels.
• Experience working alongside Rosette-standard kitchens.
• A genuine hands-on management style.
• Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing labour, stock and departmental budgets.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The Package

• £40,000 salary.
• Excellent tips/service charge.
• 45-hour contract.
