Description
Vancouver Clinic is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support for recruiting and onboarding activities while helping create a positive experience for candidates and new hires. You'll coordinate hiring and onboarding processes, facilitate New Employee Orientation on a regular rotation, and serve as a key resource in supporting the Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality, and experience using Microsoft Office and HR systems (Workday experience preferred). We are looking for a reliable, collaborative team member who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service throughout the hiring journey.
Location: Evergreen Administration (13898 NE 28th Street – Vancouver, WA 98682)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00a-5:00p
Hiring range is generally between $29.05-$36.40 and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Minimum one year of experience in human resources or recruiting required
Minimum one year of experience presenting to groups preferred
Experience working with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday experience is strongly preferred.
Healthcare experience is a plus.

Pay Range:
