What You Will Do:

In this role, the Organizational Activities Interface (OAI) Lead provides advanced technical leadership, coaching, and daily oversight for OAI personnel supporting the Patriot Taiwan program. This position directs and supports field engineers performing operational and training activities at Patriot Battalion (BN) and Fire Unit (FU) levels. Operating with minimal oversight, the OAI Lead ensures high‑quality technical guidance, integrated tactical support, and successful execution of organizational and operational tasks. This role influences operational procedures, provides expertise on Patriot system software and tactical operations, and contributes to planning, process improvements, and program execution across the Taiwan Patriot enterprise.

The OAI Lead oversees a team of OAI/Technical Support Engineers supporting Patriot Battalion and Fire Unit operations in Taiwan, providing daily technical guidance, coaching, and task direction. In this role, the Lead supports BN/FU personnel with operational training, system initialization, database development, and communication plan preparation while delivering expertise in Patriot system software, mapping, air battle management, and integrated tactical operations. The position directs new equipment and sustainment training, including PDB updates, hardware sweeps, and refresher instruction, and conducts both classroom and hands‑on training across RSOP/Survey, March Order and Emplacement, System Initialization and Mapping, ADM against ABT/TBM, Guided Missile Reload, and ARTEP/Gunnery Tables. The Lead also supports the execution of ECS/ICC practice scenarios, oversees OJT programs, ensures consistent and compliant tactical support, and coordinates closely with program management, customer representatives, and cross‑functional RTX teams. Additional responsibilities include identifying and implementing process improvements, supporting operational planning and short‑range objectives, maintaining readiness, ensuring compliance with RTX safety and quality standards, and performing other duties as assigned.

This position is located in Taiwan.

Travel

CONUS (10%) travel is required, International (<10%) is possible.


Qualifications You Must Have:

University degree (or equivalent experience) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience; OR an advanced degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
Minimum 4 years of experience with the Patriot Air Defense System.
Direct experience in Patriot Evaluation Section and Patriot Battalion‑level or higher tactical operations.
Demonstrated experience with integrated BN and FU‑to‑FU operations.
Experience teaching Patriot organizational classes both in the classroom and on tactical equipment or the Patriot COFT, including RSOP, March Order/Emplacement, Initialization/Mapping, ADM against ABT/TBM, Reload operations, and Gunnery Tables.
Demonstrated knowledge of Brigade/AADCOM level TACSOPs.
Experience assisting with organizational‑level upgrades, system software updates, and hardware sweep training.
Successful completion of Patriot Operator and System Mechanic MOS 24T/14E/140E or equivalent contractor training.
Ability to solve complex, undefined technical and operational problems requiring advanced analysis.
Ability to influence cross‑functional partners, customers, and operational stakeholders.
Active U.S. DoD Secret clearance.
Program Management Level 6 certification
Existing Taiwan Alien Resident Certificate (ARC)


Qualifications We Prefer

Five (5) or more years of Patriot Depot Forward maintenance experience.
Experience with Raytheon Quality Control procedures and RTX processes.
Experience with Patriot refurbishment, modification, and System Integration & Checkout (SICO).
Experience supporting Contractor Logistics Support (CLS).
Strong planning skills, decision‑making capability, and judgment in complex operational environments.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to motivate and engage personnel across multiple organizations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Previous experience supporting International Patriot Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.
Experience living and working in an overseas location.
Raytheon Six Sigma certification (Specialist or above).CORE Expert Certification

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
